Lemonjuice’s executive leadership includes industry veterans who have worked in the resort and timeshare industry, or commercial real estate, for 25+ years. Our key staff – who oversee resort management, customer service, legal research, and other essential functions – give us the breadth and depth to strategically manage and deliver the best solutions for resorts.

Alex Krakovsky

Founder & CEO

About Alex

Alex is the Founder and CEO of Lemonjuice Capital and Solutions, which was established to help timeshare owners and associations realize the true value and best governance of their properties. He is a seasoned business leader and entrepreneur. Alex is experienced in commercial real estate and mortgage management, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, government-sponsored investment funds, and the energy sector. He co-founded a power company that operates power plants around the world and grew from five to over 1,400 employees.

Scott MacGregor

Executive Vice President & COO

About Scott

Scott has 40 years of executive experience in project planning, development, marketing, and finance. As Executive VP and COO of Lemonjuice Solutions, he oversees corporate and resort operations and develops strategic management plans to enhance long-term resort sustainability. An active member of the American Resort Development Association (ARDA), Scott has held leadership roles, including co-chairing the Legislative and Regulatory Oversight Committee and chairing ARDA’s International Timeshare Foundation Thinktank series. He is a strong advocate for consumer rights and industry legislation.

Jan Barrow

Senior VP of Business Development

About Jan

Jan has 30 years of experience in the vacation ownership and resort timeshare industry. At Interval International, she held leadership roles focused on driving growth and revenue, working closely with developers on all aspects of the development process, from design to operations. A skilled communicator and consensus builder, Jan has been active in ARDA for 30 years and TBMA since 2010, supporting consumer protections, board education, and legislative advocacy.

Richard Cunningham

Senior VP of Operations

About Richard

Richard is a partner, broker, and manager at Cunningham Property Management Corp. A Miami University graduate with honors, he launched his career in vacation ownership and now oversees eight resorts along Florida’s Gulf Coast. With hands-on experience in resort operations and a CAM license, Richard ensures his resorts consistently earn top industry awards. He also serves on the local Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

Jeff Ingram

Senior VP of Real Estate Redevelopment

About Jeff

Jeff has nearly 40 years of experience in the hospitality and leisure industry, His background includes all aspects of timeshare and whole-ownership property management. Jeff He has held leadership roles at major organizations where he served over 300,000 timeshare owners. Jeff also held executive roles at Vacation Innovations before joining the American Resort Coalition. An active industry participant, Jeff is a longtime ARDA member. He is also a board member of SKAL Orlando, an international association of travel industry executives.

Keith Organ

Senior VP of Accounting and Treasury

About Keith

Keith is an accounting and finance leader with expertise in driving the growth and optimization of businesses across technology, SaaS, construction, and hospitality. He has held senior roles at Marriott International, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and due diligence, and at Travel and Leisure, overseeing corporate accounting. Keith manages financial strategy, treasury, tax, audits, and reporting in compliance with GAAP. He also oversees corporate and association accounting operations.

Richard Winkler

General Counsel

About Richard

Richard is a results-oriented businessman and licensed attorney in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. With more than 40 years of experience in acquiring, developing, marketing, selling, and operating complex real properties and companies, he oversees Lemonjuice’s legal department. Richard’s experience includes strategy, risk mitigation, dispute resolution, and legal consulting and compliance services.

Elizabeth is the Vice President of Human Resources for Lemonjuice Solutions, developing impactful business solutions aligned with HR strategies. Known for adaptability and a people-first approach, she excels in decision-making, team development, time management, and upholding high performance standards.

Miisha Brown

Senior Executive Assistant

About Miisha

Miisha joined Lemonjuice Solutions in 2022 as Executive Assistant to the senior leadership, helping to achieve their organizational goals. Since coming on board, she has streamlined the administrative processes, enabling executives to focus on the high-level priorities. Outside of Lemonjuice, she enjoys travel, writing, water activities, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Mike Elliot

VP of Facilities & Risk Management

About Mike

Mike supports Lemonjuice’s resort maintenance teams, ensuring adherence to operating standards and the upkeep of buildings, equipment, and amenities. He works with project and resort managers to meet operational and renovation goals. Before Lemonjuice, Mike served as Wicomico County’s Deputy Director of Administration and Facilities Director, following a career in law enforcement with the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office.

Aubrey Vaczi

VP of Operations

Aubrey Vaczi, Vice President of Operations, brings extensive experience in business management and coastal resort operations. A Florida native, she has held roles as resort manager, regional manager, and director of operations, gaining expertise in property management, business development, and rental marketing. Known for her commitment to integrity and innovation, Aubrey excels at adapting to market trends and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Jarvis Phillips

Director of Owner Support

About Jarvis

Jarvis Phillips, Director of Owner Support at Lemonjuice Capital Solutions since September 2022, brings over 25 years of call center experience. He excels in recruiting, training, and managing teams, as well as improving call performance and quality assurance. Jarvis’s career spans roles in customer service, compliance, and training at major organizations. Outside of work, he enjoys baking, singing, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Amy joined the Lemonjuice Business Development Department in 2023 as Creative Services Manager. With a background in photography and marketing, she manages web and graphic design projects, marketing strategy, digital and print marketing campaigns, and social media for multiple departments. In her free time she enjoys pilates, playing the piano, and spending time with friends and family.

Lee has nearly 35 years experience in the vacation ownership and resort timeshare industry. At RCI, he held leadership roles focused on driving customer fulfillment and retention satisfaction. As a skilled communicator and longtime member of ARDA, Lee has supported developers as well as HOA’s on all aspects of their business – from sales to operations to providing quality improvement direction and training. Lee is also a member of TBMA and holds a Florida Real Estate license.

Kris is a Project Manager at Lemonjuice, known for crafting strategic, innovative plans that deliver exceptional results for diverse stakeholders. A Georgia State University graduate with a Business Administration degree, Kris has over 15 years of experience in technology, marketing, and real estate. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Outside of work, Kris enjoys basketball, golf, traveling, and time with family and friends.

Kate Koeppen, a project manager at Lemonjuice Solutions and member of the Reimagination team, develops tailored solutions that benefit resort owners, properties, and Lemonjuice alike. With over 20 years in hospitality—including roles in operations, business development, and product development—and 12+ years in project management, Kate excels at crafting strategies that unlock resorts’ potential. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, yoga, and time with family and friends.

Brian Miller

Brian is a Project Manager for Lemonjuice Capital Solutions. He holds a degree in Project Management from Cornell University and is both a South Carolina Notary and a licensed South Carolina Property Manager. With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Brian has focused primarily on resort operations in the Myrtle Beach market.

Lina is a bilingual Project Manager with 17+ years of experience in real estate, legal services, and operations. At Lemonjuice Capital Solutions, she leads multimillion-dollar property transformations and resolves complex title issues. Lina’s skills span project planning, legal documentation, and AI-driven process improvements. She’s an active member of the Project Management Institute and mentors future leaders.

Thomas Wood

Technical Implementation Manager

About Thomas

Thomas joined Lemonjuice in 2022 as our Technical Implementation Manager and oversees Technical Operations. After serving 5 years in the US Army, he earned an MBA from Rollins College in 2020 and a Master’s in Data Analytics from Nova Southeastern University the following year. He is also a certified Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma and is very passionate about process improvement and the role of new technologies that drive efficiency.
